Warren started in the sheet metal business at PSF Mechanical, Inc. in 1982. He came to work as a graduate in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration. Warren took over as President of PSF Mechanical, Inc. in 1991, and became Chairman in 1995. As Chairman, Warren develops the major objectives, plans, and strategies for the company. He is also responsible for ensuring that the company's leadership requirements are met.

Jim's involvement in the Design/Build mechanical industry began in 1977. He's played a key role in a great variety of projects, including several landmark facilities. Jim's experience includes biotech facilities, medical laboratories, clean rooms, medical facilities, high-rise office and retail projects, high tech manufacturing, processing plants, aerospace manufacturing and light industrial plants.
Jim's commitment to teamwork, communication and his ability to be decisive, complement the cooperative Design/Build team concept. His desire to provide excellent service is reflected in his projects and his reputation.

Andy's experience includes several years in the construction industry working for two local general contractors during his college years, then for a Seattle area mechanical contracting and servicing firm following his graduation from Wahington State University. Andy's been at PSF Mechanical, Inc. since January 1997. In that time, Andy has performed duties as Project Engineer on office and retail projects. For the past five years, he has been applying his engineering experience and organizational skills to the role of Project Manager. His one concern is to ensure that our customers receive a quality project, delivered on time and in budget.

John has been in the mechanical Design/Build industry since 1986. His responsibilities have included engineering and design, project management and estimating on a wide variety of projects including office, high rise, industrial, retail, biotech, and medical. John’s knowledge of the design requirements and projects provides him with insight and understanding which is key to a well developed and executed undertaking. His personal approach, attention to the needs of the customer and dedication will ensure the project will be handled in a professional manner.

Doug has over twenty years of finance and accounting experience in the construction industry. Prior to joining PSF Mechanical, Inc. in 1992, Doug worked for several contractors and obtained his CPA license while working in Public Accounting. He earned a B.A. in accounting from the University of Washington in 1981. Doug is responsible for managing the overall financial structure and goals of the company. Under Doug's leadership, the Company's financial strength can be relied upon to provide stability that our customers can trust.
