HVAC Systems:

  • Office - standard temperature variable air volume (VAV) systems utilizing two Aaon Twinned rooftop units
  • Nailor series and shut-off type VAV terminal boxes, fan powered terminal boxes use electric heat for the perimeter and second floor; first and second floor interior office areas have VAV shut-off type
  • Communicating electronic direct digital controls system (LonWorks/Echelon)
  • Central toilet exhaust systems utilizing quiet utility-set type rooftop centrifugal fans
  • Raised curb sound attenuating system at rooftop units
  • 100% airside economizers
  • Efficient pleated filters
  • The parking garage utilizes multiple enclosed prop type exhaust fans placed at strategic perimeter locations

Energy Saving Strategies:

  • Variable speed (inverter) driven supply fans for Aaon Twinned units result in both energy savings and very accurate control of duct static pressure
  • Premium efficiency motors used throughout
  • Direct digital controls provide accurate temperature control, minimizing drift and overshoot
  • 100% modulating airside economizers
  • High efficiency scroll compressors
