  • Carbon Monoxide sensors for control of exhaust fans
  • Variable frequency drives for fans and pumps

System Benefits/Goals:

  • Floor-by-floor mechanical system with below-grade fluid coolers preserves neighbor water views by eliminating rooftop mechanical equipment and screens
  • Closed circuit fluid cooler reduces system maintenance requirements and maintains system efficiency over time
  • Variable frequency drives are used on pumps and fans for maxium efficiency and accurate control of pressures and temperatures
