• 95% HEPA air filtration
• Outside air scrubbers
• Ultraviolet treatment of supply air and condensate pan

HVAC Systems:

• Standard temperature variable air volume
• Series fan induction terminal with VAV and electric heating
• Series type variable air volume valves for cooling
• Central toilet exhaust system utilizing a rooftop fan
• Raised curb sound attenuating system for roof units
• 100% airside economizers
